Refund/Cancel Policy:

All ON1 stock items have 14 days  from purchase and must be in original packaging to be accepted under these terms.  Order must be cancelled before it is processed.

Shipping & Handeling Method:

All stock orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped. Items will be delivered between two and five business days from date of processing.
